Linda Manor Extended Care Facility has been part of the Northampton community since 1989, providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, and specialized dementia care in the Pioneer Valley. Many of our award-winning staff have been with Linda Manor Extended Care Facility for decades, giving families confidence in our consistent, compassionate, dedicated care.

Conveniently located north of Northampton on Route 9 along the bus route, Linda Manor’s campus of care is surrounded by mature trees and close to Look Memorial Park.

Dedicated to the Community

We take community partnership seriously, caring for members of our local community as much as we do the residents and patients who call Linda Manor home. In addition to hosting blood drives for the American Red Cross, we support our local senior centers, councils on aging, and the Pioneer Valley Art Show. We partner with our sister affiliate, Linda Manor Assisted Living, to host events on our care campus including our Successful Aging Summit, concerts and support groups for local seniors and their loved ones. Our Successful Aging Summit is a free day of workshops on issues related to aging well, living better and enjoying the best possible health.
